Toolbar
The toolbar provides shortcuts to many menu items and quick access to all important
features.

Button Description
Save + Exit – saves the changes and closes the dialog box.
Validate Document – checks the document for internal consistency and
other types of problems, and displays any errors in the status bar.
Add To Training Folder – adds the document to the training folder.
Delete – deletes the document from the training folder.
Previous/Next – navigates to the previous or next page or document.
First Page – navigates to the first page in the current document.
Last Page – navigates to the last page in the current document.
Next Field – navigates to the next field in the list of fields.
Previous Field – navigates to the previous field in the list of fields.
Clear Current Field – deletes the content of the current field.
Clear All Fields – delete the contents of all the fields.
